We’ve seen Weber Grill restaurants elsewhere, but have never eaten in one. Ed. note: this is not a real chef.

The metal steaks the not-real chef is cooking look kind of charred.

Surprise! The lobby is decorated with Weber grills.

I sense a theme here.

The real chef has a mammoth grill. I assume it’s a Weber.
Ted judges restaurants by the quality of their grilled salmon and said this one ties his Number One Favorite. It was called “plank grilled bourbon salmon” and was actually grilled and served on a small, flat piece of wood and coated with a honey and bourbon sauce. I had “Tuscan brick chicken” (perhaps grilled–but not served–on a Tuscan brick) and it was delicious. The baked potato was cooked to perfection. We will be eating here again and, someday, we’ll keep walking and will try that Italian restaurant too.
